The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was convenient, with interesting places to explore nearby. The staff at Equatorial were friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.

the waitors and waritress r very nice.The location is quite good, near Asok skytrain station & Sukumuvit Mtr station. The hotel is also near a supermarket in Robinsin basement.

Food and beverages are extremely expensive especially for Vietnam, better to eat outside. Internet is very expensive 6 usd per hour for 5 star hotel? Hotel staff was very unpersonnal and concierge service a bit unfriendly and arrogant towards us arriving with our backpack

I loved the elegant and cozy ambiance of the hotel, especially the beautiful decorations and comfortable seating areas in the lobby and common areas. As a senior woman, I appreciate that the hotel was wheelchair accessible and had spacious elevators, making it easy for me to move around. The staff were also very helpful and considerate, always ready to assist and accommodate the needs of senior guests like myself.

I would have liked to see more activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior travelers. Perhaps some organized gentle exercise classes or activities that catered to our age group would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

The staff treated us like queens!

It was pretty far out of the main sites and although they ruin a free shuttle it is only every 2 hours and they were not at the pick up site at the time that they were meant to be!

The rooms at Hotel Equatorial Ho Chi Minh City are absolutely stunning! They have a modern and stylish touch, with partially glass-enclosed bathrooms that make you feel like you're staying in a luxurious suite. The walk-in shower and tub with a window opening onto the room adds a unique and classy element to the space. As a budget traveller, I felt like a VIP in these rooms!

I personally didn't enjoy the feature of the tub with a window opening onto the room. But hey, it's just my opinion and others might find it quite enjoyable.

Price for internet is too expensive

We recently stayed at Equatorial in Ho Chi Minh City for a week-long vacation. The hotel provided everything we could ask for, including a clean and comfortable room, outstanding breakfast and evening buffets, and a wonderful swimming pool. The staff were kind, considerate, and always had a smile for us. The hotel even arranged for a BMW to pick us up from and return us to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Located in a bustling district, safe taxis are readily available to take you around. Although not much is around in the immediate area, getting to the airport is a breeze with the BMW service. If you're looking to explore the Chinese district, this is a good spot to stay. The staff are attentive and friendly, the rooms are quite satisfactory and the breakfast offers a variety of dishes to choose from.

If you're looking for a modern and updated experience, you may be disappointed.

Location is not so central, but with 3 usd taxi you can go to all shops and restaurants in district 1.

Beautiful pool and clean amenities, friendly staff

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and was impressed with the hotel's beautiful pool and well-maintained amenities. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient and offered easy access to nearby attractions.

My experience was dampened by the incompetent check-in staff and the disappointing breakfast. The check-in process was chaotic and unorganized.

Super comfy bed and pillows. Courteous staff, who allowed me to leave my luggage for 6 hours after checkout. Great gym and pool facilities. Good location for using transportation to explore the city.
